Abstract:
PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), one of the world's big four accounting firms, introduced a unique training programme called 'Ulysses', for preparing future leaders for running its global business in the 21 st century. The programme focuses on nurturing leadership skills in executives through corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, working in partnership with non-governmental organisations (NGO's) and the local communities in the developing world.
